This month we are going to highlight a Solution Article listed on the IT Help Desk website. It will be in the side category for Other Resources and Documents under the Duo folder and is titled Resetting 2-Factor Authentication with Concur.

Since Concur is not yet linked to Single-Sign-On (SSO) like many of our other applications, the password you use here will be different than your regular TG password, as well as requiring a new setup within Duo for the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) requirement. In IT, we see many tickets that come in regarding Concur and their 2FA breaking sync, which prompted us to create this article.
The article includes a step-by-step process on how to log into Concur and request a Reset of the 2FA settings, followed by how to set up the new 2FA via the Duo app. This application will not send a push notification like you would typically see when you sign into your account from off of TG Wi-Fi, and instead you will use the passcode it provides.
