How to Access OneDrive from a Web Browser
1. Open up your preferred Internet browser on your device. All laptops have Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge installed. 2. Go to https://www.office.com. 3. Click the Sign in button in the middle of the screen. 4. Type in your Tweet/Garot e-mail address (firstname.lastname@tweetgarot.com) and click Next. If an option to Pick an account shows up, find your Tweet/Garot email address and select it. It should log you in automatically. 5. If you are prompted to choose if this is a personal or work/school account, choose work/school and click Next. If not, skip this step. 6. Enter your Tweet/Garot password and click Sign in. 7. Microsoft will ask you if you want to stay signed in. If this is your computer, check the box next to Don’t show this again and click Yes. If the computer belongs to someone else, you should click No. 8. Once you are signed in, there will be a bar on the left hand side with a list of apps. Select the waffle square at the top to view all apps. 9. Locate OneDrive and click it. 10. Once there, you can view your list of folders and files. You can open, modify, and share files using your browser.

How to Install OneDrive on a Mobile Device
1. Open the App Store (or Google Play if you have an Android) and search for OneDrive. 2. Once you find it, install Microsoft OneDrive by pressing the GET or Install button. Once it fully downloads, open the app. 3. At the Sign-In screen, enter your Tweet/Garot email address (firstname.lastname@tweetgarot.com). If prompted, enter your Tweet/Garot password. Then proceed to the next page. 4. Your OneDrive files will now sync with your mobile device. You now have the ability to view, modify, and share your OneDrive files from your device. This can be repeated on multiple devices.

How to Fix OneDrive Files not Syncing
If you are having an issue with your OneDrive not syncing, follow the steps below to get it to start syncing again. 1. Click on your OneDrive icon in the bottom left corner of the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. If it is not syncing, there will be the blue OneDrive cloud, but with a small red X in front of it. 2. If there are sync issues, it will tell you what course of action needs to be taken by selecting the file. 3. In the menu that pops up after clicking on the OneDrive icon, select Help and Settings 4. Select Pause Syncing and pick any amount of time to perform a soft reset. Make sure to pick a time that you are free during and do not need your computer during it. 5. After a few minutes, click on the OneDrive icon and then click on the yellow notification in OneDrive to begin re-syncing. 6. Select View Online to view/modify your files on the web at any time. *Note: Sometime all that needs to be done is for you to re-sign into OneDrive with your Tweet/Garot email and password.
