CTS Excel ActiveX Fix
If you encounter a Blocked Content error when opening a CTS document in Excel, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Notice the BLOCKED CONTENT warning after opening any CTS document in Excel Desktop

- Click Enable Content on the Macro warning if you haven't already

- Navigate to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings...

- While in Trust Center Settings, Select the ActiveX Settings then toggle the second radio button pictured below:

- Close out of Excel completely and reopen the CTS document.
