Moving Toolbars

Toolbars can also be moved as long as they are not locked.

At the top edge of each toolbar is a handle that looks like a line of dots at the top or side of the toolbar. Click that and drag it to move the toolbar where you would like. By default they are pop up at the top of the window, but you can move it to one of the other edges.
