Advanced Toolbar

By default, the Advanced toolbar contains commands for advanced content operations. Tools commonly found on this toolbar are described below.

Note: The exact tools a user will see depends on their Profile, licensing, and the customizations they have made and might not include all the tools mentioned here.

The toolbar may be hidden, and you can unhide it by following the steps in the Show / Hide Toolbars article. Below is an image of the toolbar.

Hyperlink (SHIFT+H): Create and view hyperlinks in a PDF.

Stamp: Contains available stamps. Here's a link to the Bluebeam Support site with more information regarding the Stamp function.

File Attachment (F): Embeds a file in the PDF.

Erase Content: Removes text, vectors, and images from documents.

Cut Content: Removes image or text data from the content stream of a PDF and at the same time moves that information into the clipboard so it can be pasted in Revu or another program.
