How to Save User Configuration

This article walks through how to save and import your custom User Configuration so that if you need to transfer laptops or share your configuration with others, you can do so easily.

1. Open Bluebeam.

2. Go to the Revu section at the top corner ribbon.

3. Select the option for Profiles, then Manage Profiles.

4. Once there, a window should pop up with a list of current profiles. You can select one of the, then choose to import or export it with the buttons toward the bottom. Regardless of which you press, a File Explorer window will show where you can either export the file to save to your OneDrive, or import a file to the profiles.

5. It is recommended you save your profile by going to the Revu section > Profiles > Save Profile every few months to make sure that your current profile is up to date. When you are scheduled for a new device, go through these steps to export each of the profiles listed so you can then import them on the new device.
