Resetting 2-Factor Authentication with Concur
Use this article if you need to reset your 2 Factor Authentication when trying to sign into Concur.
1. Open the Concur website.
2. Sign into your account and enter the password.
3. When you get to the 2 Factor Authentication page, select the option for Unable to enter authentication code.
4. This will bring up a new screen where you select Send and then Return to Sign In.
5. Open your Outlook and find the email to reset the Authentication, click the button.
6. Sign back into the account with the email and password.
7. On your Phone, open the Duo App and find your Concur sign in and press the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
8. Select Delete and then confirm Delete when the window pops up.
9. Then select Add and use QR code.
10. Go back to your computer and scan the QR code to re-add the Concur 2FA.
11. On your phone, name the account Concur, and then press Done.
12. Enter that passcode in the laptop window and then press Sign in.
13. This should bring you to the Concur home page, and then you can use that Duo passcode for signing into Concur for the next time.
