New Request Categories
1. Visit the ticketing portal at ithelpdesk.tweetgarot.com and click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Log in using your Tweet/Garot email and password, and approve the Duo Push on your phone to confirm it is you logging in.
3. Once you are signed in, you should see the homepage for the portal with four buttons underneath a search bar.
4. Select the option for New Request under the search bar.
5. This will take you to the home page for New Requests and you will see the categories on the right-hand side of the page. It will always start on the All Service Items category and you can choose to scroll through there to find what you are looking for, or use the other organized categories to find what you want.
6. If you click on Hardware Request, this will show you all physical devices you can request. Many of these require director/manager approval, as well as all of them will depend on the status of the items themselves (such as being backordered, or us not having any in stock at the moment).
7. The next category is for Individual Software Request, which displays all the software that we have and the costs of everything. There is an option towards the bottom for any other software that is not listed that you wish to request.
8. The third category is for Miscellaneous Request, and this is where you will find the Mobile Phone Reimbursement request, the file access, and the request for a new email ID. You will never use the Computer Software Request in this section.
9. The last category is titled HR Management and will only be visible to those in HR and will include all the On-boarding and Off-boarding forms.
10. That covers all of the categories, but when you go to request an individual product or software, many times you will be prompted to fill out a form with information.
