How to View and Search Help Desk Solution Articles
1. Visit the ticketing portal at ithelpdesk.tweetgarot.com and click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Log in using your Tweet/Garot email and password, and approve the Duo Push on your phone to confirm it is you logging in.
3. Once you are signed in, you should see the homepage for the portal with four buttons underneath a search bar.
4. You can either use that search bar to search for Solution Articles, or you can click the Help Desk Solution Articles at the bottom left side of the portal.
5. The page will first bring up the Popular Articles, which shows what people have been viewing recently.
6. On the right-hand side, there is a scroll-list that has all the categories that you can explore.
7. Once you found the category you want, you can click into it and see all the articles that are pertaining to that category.
8. Within each of these categories there are the folders of the specific application that contain all the articles pertaining to it. Click on whichever one you need help with, and it will open up to show you all of the articles available. In this example, I clicked on the OneDrive folder.
9. Once you find the article you need, you can click on it, and you will be taken to the step-by-step instructions on how to solve the issue. There are also the related articles on the right-hand side of the screen that can provide helpful links to other similar solution articles.
10. You can also use the search bar at the top right-hand corner if you do not want to have to search each category for what you are looking for.
11. If you choose to search instead, you will see this page and once you start typing.
