How to use Viewpoint Vista on Remote Desktop Server

1. Open up your preferred Internet browser on your device. All laptops have Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge installed.

2. In the search bar, type https://remote.tweetgarot.com.

3. Log in with your Tweet/Garot credentials. Be sure to put TG\ in front of your username (your username is your first initial, middle initial, and the first 5 letters of your last name). Your password is the typical password that you use to sign into Tweet/Garot services like your email and your computer. Then click the Sign In button.

4. Once logged in, click the Vista by Viewpoint logo.

5. It will take a few seconds to start the remote session. The first time you log in, you will get a warning message. It may download two files, allow them to be downloaded and then open one. Click Connect and if it is your computer, check the box that says Don't ask me again for connections to this computer, if it is not your computer, leave it unchecked.

6. Once started, you'll notice the icon has a gray circle with two green arrows on it. That icon indicates that you're in a remote session. When you close out of Vista, it will automatically disconnect your session. Nothing special needs to be done to close out.
