How to Fax from a Web Browser
1. Open up your preferred Internet browser on your device. All laptops have Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge installed.

2. Go to https://Fortivoice.tweetgarot.com/voice.

3. You will then be taken to a log in page where you are going to enter your 4-digit extension for both the Extension box and the Password box. Click Login.

4. Once logged in, you should see these 9 buttons in the middle of the screen, which you can use to navigate and see your Voicemails, Call History, Contacts, Fax, and many more. Note: The buttons may be a different color for you.

5. Click the Fax option on the main page. Again, the color of the buttons may be different for you.

6. Then click New in the upper right-hand corner.

7. You will then want to input the 10 digit phone number that you want to send the fax to in the To box. *Note: Do NOT dial 91 if it is external, use only the phone number you wish to send the fax to.

8. If you want to add a cover letter that is automatically made for you, change the Cover Sheet type to Dynamic and enter your email, the subject, Tweet/Garot for the company, and any additional comments you wish to add. If you have a premade cover sheet, change the Cover Sheet type to Uploaded and upload the cover sheet in addition to the document you are faxing. Then select the cover sheet from the dropdown menu for Attach cover sheet. If you do not wish to send a cover letter, leave the type as Uploaded and leave the Attach cover sheet dropdown on None.

9. You will only be able to fax JPEG and PDF files. If you already have the file you wish to send in one of those formats, please skip to Step 9. If you are trying to send a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet, you will first need to go to File, and click Export.

10. Once there, click the second option to Change File Type, and then select Save as Another File Type. Click Save As.

11. A File Explorer window should pop up, and you can then navigate to where you want the file, and press the dropdown option for Save as type and change it to PDF. Click Save. Now go back to Fortivoice in your browser.

12. Once you have the desired file in the proper format, click the + sign next to Attachment(PDF and JPEG only) section. A File Explorer window should pop up, and you can then navigate to the file you wish to fax.

13. Once you select the file, press Open and it will attach the file. Once you have all the files you wish to attach, press Send and the fax will be sent to the number you entered at the beginning.
