How to Access Outlook from a Web Browser
1. Open up your preferred Internet browser on your device. All laptops have Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge installed.
2. Go to https://www.office.com.
3. Click the Sign in button in the middle of the screen.
4. Type in your Tweet/Garot e-mail address (firstname.lastname@tweetgarot.com) and click Next. If an option to Pick an account shows up, find your Tweet/Garot email address and select it. It should log you in automatically.
5. If you are prompted to choose if this is a personal or work/school account, choose work/school and click Next. If not, skip this step.
6. Enter your Tweet/Garot password and click Sign in.
7. Microsoft will ask you if you want to stay signed in. If this is your computer, check the box next to Don’t show this again and click Yes. If the computer belongs to someone else, you should click No.
8. Once you are signed in, there will be a bar on the left hand side with a list of apps. Find and click the Outlook button.
9. It should open Outlook in a new tab and you can then see all your emails without needing the desktop app.
NOTE: If you wish to add a shared mailbox, go to your profile icon in the upper right hand corner and select Open Another Mailbox. Then enter the email and select Open. This will open the inbox in a new tab.
