How to Connect Your Computer to a Screen Using Airtame
1. Turn on the TV if it is not already on.
2. If the TV is not in a meeting room, click the Input button on the remote and use the arrow keys to find the correct input.
3. The screen should either change to have a blue background with the Tweet Garot logo, or it will have a bottom ribbon pop up, with the Room Name and IP Address in the lower left hand corner.
4. Make sure your computer is connected to the TG network via the Tweet Garot Wifi OR via Ethernet.
5. Open the Airtame app by going to your start menu and typing in Airtame.
6. The Airtame app will open on the right side of your screen and show any available rooms. Take the IP address of your room from the lower left corner of the TV from Step 3 and enter it in the Airtame search bar located at the top.
7. When your room appears in the Airtame app, click the Share button next to the room name and choose either sharing your screen or a specific window that you wish to share. If you share a window, the TV will only display that one window even if you navigate to other apps or workbooks on your laptop.
8. A 4-digit number may appear on the screen. If so, enter that 4-digit number into your Airtame app to complete the connection.
9. Whenever you are done in that room, make sure you stop sharing your screen. You can do this by opening the Airtame app and clicking the Stop button, or you can use the shortcut at the top of your screen to stop sharing your screen.
